Return, complaint, exchange and warranty

2. Attach a copy of the order confirmation

3 . Pack the order securely

4. We will subsequently send you a return label by e-mail, which you must print out and put on the package.
IMPORTANT ! that the new label is put on top of the old one.

5. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card that you paid with when placing the order, within a few days.

The cancellation must be reported to us no later than 101 days after purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after.

The notice must be given through our return form (Click here:Return form)
In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We offer 1-3 days delivery with GLS.

Here are our delivery options:
- Free shipping on orders over 599, -
- Parcel delivery for NOK 39.
- Home delivery with GLS for DKK 49
- GLS express delivery with 1 year extended warranty for DKK 49.

From the time your order has been packed and shipped, it takes 1-3 days before it arrives at the given destination.
If you are not at home when the item is delivered, GLS will deliver your package in the nearest parcel shop, after which you will be notified by SMS or email where you can pick up your parcel. During busy periods, however, there may be delays at the freight forwarders. If you have not received your order after three working days, please contact us and we will investigate where your package is for you.

Your order

It is possible to change an order if we have not had time to pack your item. Therefore, you must contact customer service as soon as possible on tel .: 26 30 84 30
with your change. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change if your item is packed and ready for shipment.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after completing an order, it can be due to two things.

 1. You entered your email address incorrectly when placing your order.

 2. Your order confirmation has been stopped in your own SPAM filter, or at your provider.

Remember to check your SPAM filter if you do not receive an email within 24 hours of placing your order.
If the order confirmation still does not appear, you can simply contact us or on our social media, we will send you a new one.

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email from us in which you click on a link that takes you to GLS package tracking. If you have not received any shipping information, you can contact us at


To make it easy for you to find exactly the size that suits you perfectly, we have created a size guide that you can find on all product pages. Here you can see the specific measurements for the sizes. If you are still in doubt about the size, you can in all probability choose the same size that you normally use in everyday clothing.

Basically, just choose the size that you usually buy.
Should it happen that you choose the wrong size, you are always welcome to have it exchanged for a suitable size.

By offering hunting and outdoor clothing at a fraction of the price, we spread the message that quality clothing MUST not be expensive. We therefore make the adventure possible for more ordinary hunting / outdoor people who do not want to put the budget out of control to buy expensive quality hunting and outdoor clothing. In this way, we motivate more people to go out and explore nature, as our ancestors did.
