Delivery

Items will be delivered to the delivery address or in the parcel shop depending on what the customer chooses.

We do not deliver abroad and not to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

Your goods are sent with GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days afterorder dispatch.

For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.

 

100% satisfaction or money back (The extended 101 day right of withdrawal)

There is a full 101 day full right of return on unused items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Should you wish to make use of the right of return, we will of course hold rreturn costs.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 101 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The notice must be given throughour return form on the link here:Return form.
In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We will subsequently send you a return label by e-mail, which you must print out and put on the package.

IMPORTANT ! that the new label is put on top of the old one.

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.

With our 101 day return policy, all items can be refunded when they are:

  • Unused - you have tried the clothes but not gone with it.
  • New - they are not washed
  • Undamaged - if there is something wrong with the item when you receive it, return it as a complaint
  • With unbroken hangtag - if you have taken out the sticker in the neck, the hangtag is not unbroken. So let it sit while you try on the clothes

 

Return

Return of special offer items

Buy 3 Pay Only For 2 Poltikken (or similar offers)

  • You must pay a minimum of 2 of your items to meet the requirement for the offer.
  • It is therefore not possible to return both the items you have paid for and at the same time keep the item you have received for free. It is also not possible to return an item and then get the money back for it. Because the purchase of the goods you return has been included as a foundation to get the offer in the first place. Ie. If you have bought 3 items and therefore received 1 for free, then you can not return 1 of the items and get the money back, as you have received the item for free as a result of the offer.
  • When you send the item back, you must be made as if the offer had not existed. You will thus receive any difference in return that may arise between the price you paid at the time and the prices of the products you choose to keep and the product you send back.
  • Example: You have bought 3 items for DKK 500, DKK 400 and DKK 300, respectively. The last item for DKK 300 is included free of charge (note that it is always the cheapest item available for free). After receipt, you do not want to keep item no. 2 for DKK 400 and therefore send it back to VikinX. Now you therefore no longer meet the 3 for 2 requirements and you now have to pay for the 2 products you have chosen to keep. Ie. your order now costs 800, - and you originally gave 900, - ergo you get 100 kr. back in your account.

** NOTE: DVS. in the case of a "4 for 3" offer, exactly the same principle as above will apply only where you must have paid a minimum of 3 items

Regretted purchase?

  • There is a full 101-day right of return from the time you receive the item as well as a free return.
  • If you have regretted your purchase and therefore want to return your order, the process is as follows:
    1. Fill out our return form at the link here:Return form. (Make it clear that you want to make use of your right of return)
    2. Attach a copy a copy of the order confirmation
    3. Pack the order securely
    4. We will subsequently send you a return label by e-mail, which you must print out and put on the package.IMPORTANT! that the new label is put on top of the old one.

    5. If you have paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card that you paid with when placing the order, within a few days.

NOTE :

  • You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
  • You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
  • If you send the item back, it must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • We receivedoes not return packages sent to a parcel box / parcel shop or by COD.

The condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way in which it works.
In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to that described above, it is considered used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get part or none of the purchase amount returned, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore try out the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us in return. (Unless your purchase is part of a total offer you have received, where the purchase of the goods you return has been included as a foundation for receiving the offer in the first instance. See, among other things, section 3 for 2.)

In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, your payment will be refundedwithout undue delay and within 14 days from the datewhere we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

 

Prices

With VikinX ApS we reserve the right to make errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment

VikinX ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out / discontinued items.

Right of complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. Our online store receives complaints by filling out the formon the link here:Return form

When you shop at our online stores, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. Depending on the specific situation, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

How fast should you advertise?
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.g.

Shipping costs on complaint?
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. We recommend that you contact us in advance and we will send you a return label so that you can return the item free of charge.

Should the item be sent to another address, e.g. directly to our supplier, you will be informed of the address to which you must send the item.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

 

Refund

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. No. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
